Seamonkey is the "former Mozilla former Netscape 7" version of the Mozilla-group browsers.
Recently v 2.0 (which is technically like Firefox 3.5.4 + Thunderbird 3 with better usage) was released, but the browsing protection does not work there. For the previous v 1.18 (which is like Firefox 2) it would not be _that_ urgent, but it is still a lot in use.

Is there a way to enable it manually and will that browser ever supported ?

At this time, we support only IE and FF for Browsing Protection. We might support more browsers in future releases. We prioritize which browsers to support based on the number of users, therefore Seamonkey support might not happen very soon.
