Hi thanks for the interest I have tried to contact F Secure through the suport email route but had no reply and I have placed a query on this forum. I have been having probles since installing the new version 2010
here is my previous message

Hi
I have been having problems with some webpages not opening pictures ie facebook, ebay, o2 etc, since I have installed f-secure 2010 internet security.

The problem is sometimes resolved when refreshing but then again it is sometimes worse. The whole internet search and load is slower than with the previous f-secure software.

I have installed it on 2 laptops one running windows xp and the other with vista. Both are running internet explorer 8 and both show the same results

I have tried everything i can think of. I admit I am no expert but niether are 99% of the public so it shouldn;t be that hard to fix, you would think.

Getting rearly frustrated and thinking of asking for money back, so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

I had the same issues with the AV version. I turned off the scan web traffic option and that fixed it.

Yup, try to pinpoint which area cause the issue first. Try to disable web traffic scan first. If that doesnt work maybe disable the browsing protection.
